[unable to retrieve full-text content]AP - FEBRUARY SALES: U.S. car and truck sales were the strongest in four years as gas prices drew buyers to smaller cars. Sales rose nearly 16 percent to 1.1 million last month. That's an annual rate of 15.1 million, the highest since February of 2008.
