? Overseeing the sales, operations, employees and management of one of our airport store locations.
? Being on the sales floor with sales staff, engaging employees and customers, meeting new people continuously, asking questions, giving product demonstrations and make sure sales and customer service is provided at the highest levels.
? Recruiting, training, and managing sales staff ensuring that sales numbers and store performance goals are met.
? Tracking inventory, shipping and receiving merchandise, logging employee sales and hours, managing cash and bank transactions and all related sales and operational functions.
? Creating and managing a sales and customer service culture where fun, excitement and challenge are managed and employees have the opportunity to do their best work every single day.

? Tracking and recording all sales, inventory, finances, cash, and merchandise on a daily basis.
? Recruiting, interviewing and hiring new staff as necessary.
? Working very closely with the Regional and Area Managers on the achieving store financial goals. Demonstrated success at increasing sales and managing controllable expenses.

Requirements:

Since achieving success isn?t easy and doesn?t happen automatically, we have high standards for our sales management staff. To create sales success at InMotion, our Retail Store Manager will have:

? 2+ years of retail sales management experience.
? Electrifying personality and ability to recruit, train, inspire, manage and lead sales people in a retail environment.
? Strong business, sales and management acumen.
? Basic computer skills including a working understanding of MS Office products, spreadsheet software and ability to read/work with financial documents.
? Ability to stand on your feet for an entire day/shift.
? Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
? Bi-lingual a plus.
? Experience and/or knowledge of green products and movement preferred.
? Demonstrated knowledge of electronics, music and movies.
? Experience overseeing multiple employees in a fast paced environment.
? Must be available to work nights and weekends.
